Staff, students exposed to COVID-19 case at Hay River elementary school says principal


There’s been publicity to a optimistic COVID-19 case on the Harry Camsell Elementary College in Hay River, N.W.T., based on the varsity’s principal. 

Contact tracing is underway and publicity notification letters have been despatched out to those that had contact with the optimistic case, Carolyn Carroll advised mother and father and guardians in a letter that was posted to Facebook by the Hay River District Schooling Authority round midday on Sunday. 

The letter states that the varsity would keep open on Monday for all lessons and college students who aren’t isolating.

An outbreak of COVID-19 was declared at Diamond Jenness Secondary College in Hay River on Wednesday. A public well being advisory the next day stated there have been six confirmed circumstances on the faculty, and all unvaccinated or partially vaccinated workers and college students in Grades 9 to 12 have been advised to isolate and organize for testing.
