IFBB Pro League Head Judge Sandy Williamson Shares Tips for New Competitors


Competing on the bodybuilding stage for the first time can be nerve-wracking, but it doesn’t have to be as intense as you might think. There are ways to prepare for this experience so you can put your best foot forward when you make your competitive debut.
